SHIPPING
We Provide free shipping on all non-international orders within Canada and free shipping on all U.S. orders over $250Cad. For U.S. order values under that amount a flat rate of CAD$15 will be charged. For all international orders, please contact us via email and provide the country you would like the items to be shipped to and we’ll reply with a rate based on the country of your residence. Once your orders have been sent you will receive an email with tracking provided. Custom charges can occur although it is not common, but if it does the customer will be responsible for it. If you choose to not pay and the package is sent back then shipping fee will have to be covered by the customer.

EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your items, we offer a full refund within 7 days in Canada and the U.S. starting the date your order was received. For countries outside of Canada and the U.S. there will be a 12 day period for you to return items. However shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer for all returns including Canada and the U.S.
All returned items must have not been worn, damaged or altered and all tags must be attached. Upon receiving your returned items they will be inspected for approval and you will receive an e-mail with a refund confirmation. All sale items are considered a FINAL SALE. All items under the accessories and under garments section are FINAL SALE. Promotional items must follow the same regulations as sale items meaning that they are also a FINAL SALE.
Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your transactions. If in any case an item is refused for an exchange or refund after the inspection then it will be sent back at the customers expense and be notified with an email.
For in store purchases, because we are currently only doing pop-up shops we do not offer refunds, however a store credit or exchange is allowed within 15 days.
INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
- Email us at Blanc.Noizee@gmail.com with your Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Address and reason for return.
- Once you receive a confirmation email from us with a return address and authorization code to go ahead with the return please go ahead and include the return authorization code written on the package your sending back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because we are not responsible for the items being lost or stolen during transit.
- Please make sure all packages sent to us are securely packaged and send us an email with the tracking number if applicable so we too can make sure your package arrives securely.
- You are fully responsible for covering the cost of all returns. This cost is non-refundable.

No personal information will be released to anyone for any purpose besides the use of internal operations between the customer and merchant. All information provided to us is willingly agreed by the customer and and under no circumstance will any privacy be disclosed to members outside of our company unless required by law.
